Thanks to this technology, the thickness of the accordion body was reduced from 6 mm to 3 mm, while benefiting from a high-quality gelcoat finish.
The success was immediate. Amateur and professional musicians alike embraced these instruments for their remarkable weight reduction. Yet we wanted to go even further—without compromising range, aesthetics, or sound quality.
In 2026, that ambition became reality with the launch of the Ultime Collection.

Aerospace technology, you say? And where are they made?
In France, of course! To achieve such a level of precision, we partnered with leading French specialists in the aerospace industry. The same manufacturing processes used for certain components of Ariane rockets are employed, delivering exceptional precision and uncompromising quality. Every detail has been refined and perfected.

Just 5.65 kg for the Digit AiR Millenium Pack S. Measured precisely on an electronic scale! If you’re skeptical, compare it with your own accordion—you may be surprised.
For reference, the Digit AiR Millenium includes a built-in wireless system and a lithium battery providing up to 24 hours of autonomy. Without the wireless system, it weighs only 5.4 kg.
An Ultime 3-voice acoustic model with 3 left-hand registers and 50 sounding notes weighs just 7.85 kg. (By comparison, a 2-voice Super Junior 80-bass accordion weighs 7.6 kg.)

Absolutely. We have subtly redesigned the shape of the instrument, introducing cleaner lines and more defined contours while preserving the iconic Cavagnolo curves—now refined and modernized to deliver even greater character.
Using advanced design software approved for aerospace applications, we developed an ergonomically optimized body with exceptional precision. The left-hand cover and selector panel have been redesigned to fit seamlessly into the instrument, creating a flawless overall appearance.
And the biggest innovation?
